Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.

The only thing I could complain about is I ordered flowers for delivery as a suprise for my husband, however they called him to make sure he would be home, which definitely ruined the whole suprise factor. ---- Florist's Response: Alan, thank you for taking the time to leave a review. It is our policy to always call ahead to make sure someone is home before a delivery, especially with out-of-town orders. This also helps eliminate an additional delivery attempt.
