I ordered it for my bf’s graduation ceremony from Japan. I requested a lot of things like bouquet style, address change request, and so on. They replied really quickly and politely. I ordered this arrangement on Sunday for a Monday 2pm memorial service. It arrived and was beautiful! I didn’t get to see it in person because I live in New Jersey, but my brother sent me a picture and it looked just as advertised. I ordered the “Carnival” arrangement.
